
I’m one of those people who know how to eat right, exercise and have a positive attitude. In reality, I do not practice what I know.
I know better not to eat bread, rice, pasta, potatoes, and tortilla is not a good thing. Growing up I used to eat pasta with jam and sour cream and 2 (Salvadorian tortillas, yes they are very different from Mexican ones), but at that time I was 8 and I was running, climbing trees, jumping and running; I needed those carbs. Now at 33, I need to think about saying yes to greens and no to pasta and tortillas because my physical activities are not as intense as they were when I was 8.
I have the need to push myself and to to put all my knowledge into practice.
My best options for apps to keep me motivated on eating healthy and keeping track of my workout is:
