
It has been a while since I wrote something, and last night events got me to this point. I am an overweight woman, I have been for at least 10 years. In the past, I have been more active and maintained my weight. Last night in my Jiu-Jitsu class I got frustrated, I couldn’t do the move; I am short but also with this huge belly I have I won’t be able to do the drills nor practice to my best capacity.
I write this as a reminder of what I need to accomplish.
#1: Stay healthy and active
#2: Organize my time
#3: Compete in 2 to 3 tournaments this year.
I end this blog with a good note, I’m not alone I have family, friends and a boyfriend who are there for me.
